After answering my queries, I placed an order for 2 belts. Waiting for the belts seem to go on for ever as I was so keen to have them arrive. Then the Icelandic volcano decided to erupt and I was then subject to a delay due to UK airspace closing. Anyway, after a little wait and flights getting back to normal, I eventually received then yesterday, just over 2 weeks after Carol posted them. The wait was worth it when I opened up the bags. They are both absolutely beautiful, so sparkly...I'm known for likely sparkly things! I was so excited to see them that I wore the pink one to my dance class last night. I look forward to many happy times wearing them both. Thanks Carol for all of your help with the order and who knows...I may be tempted to place another order in the future and would not hesitate in recommending you to my friends. Anne.

I have ordered two belts through Carol over the phone, she has always made wonderful recommendations on color and size so the special orders are my favorites. One of the belt buckles in my collection seemed to be "glue challenged" and several crystals fell out. Through Carol, I quickly received replacement stones so I could repair the buckle myself. I did not want to be without. This year another stone fell out and I decided to send it back to Kippy's keeping Carol informed about this. I was delighted to receive a replacement buckle shipped almost immediately after Kippy's received my return. Moral of the the story... If you want to wear your beautiful Kippy's belt everyday, go ahead, they stand behind their guarantee. So wear it with pride and enjoy the compliments!
