One of the belt buckles in my collection seemed to be "glue challenged" and several crystals fell out. Through Carol, I quickly received replacement stones so I could repair the buckle myself. I did not want to be without. This year another stone fell out and I decided to send it back to Kippy's keeping Carol informed about this. I was delighted to receive a replacement buckle shipped almost immediately after Kippy's received my return. Moral of the the story... If you want to wear your beautiful Kippy's belt everyday, go ahead, they stand behind their guarantee. So wear it with pride and enjoy the compliments!
