No refunds, exchanges only.

3 Day return on most items.
Absolutely no returns on custom orders, if you give me permission to charge your c/c for an order you place, no refund will be given at any time.
No returns accepted w/out a return authorization as I may not be home to accept the package. If items are shipped to us without prior knowledge, we do not accept them.
All items being returned back to you require extra shipping.
No return on worn items.
Again, NO returns on custom orders.
No returns on belts sized down.
All orders are made by other people, and I am just a representative of those people. I promise I will do my best to make you happy. ;).  

All items are shipped confirmation delivery by the post office unless you request a different method or carrier in writing.Cowgirl Glitter or reps for Cowgirl Glitter are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items after they have left my hands when shipped by UPS, FED EX, USPS (post office) or DHL.

Under no circumstance is Cowgirl Glitter, Carol (owner of Cowgirl Glitter) or any employees of Cowgirl Glitter responsible for any items lost during shipping. 

All international shipping is shipped with signature required or insurance. 1-2 lbs costs 35.00.
Global Priority is cheaper, but I am not responsible for lost,stolen or misdeliveries. I will not refund money under any circumstances for shipping problems, delays, or deadlines not met after the package has left my hands.

I regret any inconveniences this causes. We will use any means available to track or confirm delivery of packages. However, we do not replace ANY items lost or stolen under any circumstances.

Kippy's has a lifetime  warranty on all  his belts.  This means is a crystal comes off or the lacing breaks- he will fix it. He will also fix the crystals that fall off the buckles.  Cowgirl Glitter is not repsonsible for any damage to the belt after delivery.  As with all belt manufactures, no one will replace a belt if it is torn in half.  Barrel racing is no exception. Pls understand if you are wearing your belt and it breaks in half..... it is not covered by any belt manufacture.
