Refund policy

We want you to love your Cowgirl Glitter pieces! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return:
Please fill out our contact form or give us a call to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items:
Items marked as Final Sale (including clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds:
At this time, we do not offer refunds—store credit or exchanges only. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a credit you can use toward any future purchase.
