Shipping policy

We currently ship orders every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed after 12 PM CST the day before a shipping day will go out on the next scheduled shipment.

Domestic Shipping:
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Local Pickup:
Since we operate out of a warehouse, local pickups are available by appointment only. Please contact us via the form or give us a call to schedule a pickup time.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S.

Please Note:
Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid delivery issues.
